Consisting of six members from five different origins, Ruken combines modern jazz standards with Anatolian music and will be taking the stage at Cermodern as a part of the 26^th International Ankara Jazz Festival. We would like to invite all music lovers to this special event where different cultures meet. We thank the Dutch embassy for their support. 

Ruken’s uniqueness comes from combining modern jazz and Anatolian music and creating unique melodies from both. While inviting the modern jazz and fusion audience to the Anatolian music culture with English lyrics and unique compositions, Ruken also invites the traditional Anatolian music audience to modern jazz with traditional song arrangements.
